Shipping Partners and Process

At Fair&Flawless, we have partnered with major international shipping companies such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, and EMS. These partnerships enable us to offer flat-rate worldwide shipping, delivering your orders directly to your door.

Upon placing an order, please note that all payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping, which may take several days to process. To combat credit card fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or requiring additional verification may experience delays or, in some cases, may be canceled.

We typically require between 2-4 working days on average to fulfill and transport your order to our carrier's sort facility. During peak seasons or in cases where certain items experience stock availability issues, the fulfillment process may take longer, up to 8Β days.

Shipping Details

Once your order has begun processing through our shipping department, we are unable to make any changes, including address changes. Therefore, we will only ship to the address provided at check-out. Please note that we exclusively ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Upon shipment, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

For orders with multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to variations in manufacturing partners’ locations.

Tracking and Delivery

All orders are processed with tracking numbers, and you will receive an email with the tracking number when your order is dispatched to the carrier's sort facility. While some shipping companies may take several days to update tracking information in their systems, if your order's tracking information does not update within 5 business days, please feel free to contact us for assistance.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages

Fair&Flawless is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered to your address but you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with the respective shipping carrier. We utilize timestamp information and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests.
